Ristretto & Decaf

You can ask for any of our coffee as a ristretto. For a ristretto only half the amount of water is allowed to pass through the coffee, giving a sweeter and less bitter extraction with about half the caffeine.

We also have organic fair-trade decaffeinated coffee available -- just ask!

Cow, Skinny Cow, Soy & Rice

We only use organic milk, and you can ask for any of cow, skinny cow, soy, or rice milk – all at no extra cost.

Our Soy and Rice milks are normally gluten-free.
